If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your payment which may include, but not be limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title, credit card number, and expiration date. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes. The credit card information is encrypted. We do not keep printed copies of your credit card information.
We collect your email address so we can send you information about your transaction and its status. We may use your email address for corresponding in regards to your rental agreement. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information or emails with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
Vista Road Self Storage does not share or sell your personal information to unrelated third parties. Vista Road Self Storage does send your contact and order information to the facility that you selected for purposes of completing your payment or reservation.
WE DO NOT TAKE CASH PAYMENTS. Forms of Payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, Debit cards from issuing banks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, or Personal Checks. All forms of credit cards are processed through our secure online payment center located on Vista Road Self Storage website through a secure online payment gateway. Check payments may be made in person at Vista Road Self Storage facility by appointment only. There is a $35.00 fee on any returned payment or on a failed processing of a online payment.
Vista Road Self Storage Refund Policy: All rent is due on the anniversary date. If you have not notified Vista Road Storage of intent to vacate and/or there is still a lock on your unit as of the anniversary date, full rent is due for that month. Rent will be pro-rated for move-outs only if notice is given at the time rent is paid in advance of the due date. If the tenant moves out mid-month without giving that prior notice, the tenant agrees to pay a full month's rent. In the event your account is overcharged due to an entry error, Vista Road Self Storage will refund your account within 10 days of being notified of the discrepancy. Units are rented on a prepaid basis; therefore, there is not a refund for storage space provided.
Vista Road Storage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Online Policy at any time. Accordingly, Vista Road Storage recommends that you revisit this Online Policy from time to time to ensure that you are aware of the current policy practices. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.
The Vista Road Self Storage website uses session cookies to enable making transactions on our site. A session cookie is a small file placed on your computer which acts as a unique identifier to keep track of the information you have entered. Without the session cookie, our site cannot track the information you are entering, and you will be unable to complete your transaction.
